The Angenieux Type EZ zooms have become an industry staple for their compact and lightweight design, high quality optics, and budget friendliness. Each EZ zoom features a 2-in-1 design with interchangeable rear optics that convert the lens between large format and Super 35 coverage. This optic swap changes the focal range of the lens, while maintaining a near identical field of view and image quality in both formats. This optic swap is designed to be done in house prior to rental.
